- Proven ability to assess engineering designs, analytical models, simulations, experimental methods, and applied technologies.
- Active involvement in academic research, industry innovation, or advanced engineering practice within relevant domains.
- No academic, professional, or financial relationship with submitting authors.
REVIEWER SELECTION AND APPOINTMENT PROCESS
- Reviewer selection is selective, competitive, and based on merit.
- Editors identify reviewers through focused evaluation of publication history, technical competence, and subject relevance.
- Appointments occur only through direct editorial invitation.
- No open calls, self nomination, or automatic inclusion in reviewer pools.
- Each appointment applies to a specific manuscript and defined review period.
